This article will walk you through Placester Reporting and how to generate custom site and client reports.
In your browser, navigate to reporting.placester.com. Login using the same credentials as you use with Campaign Manager.
The Brokers tab allows you to get an overview of how many impressions, clicks and leads have been obtained by brokers or offices in your data feed. To select the website from which to view reports, click on the drop-down box (surrounded by the red box) and choose the site from the list, then click the Submit button. The page will refresh to show all brokers and offices that have been created for that site within the campaign manager.
The columns display the Name of the broker/office, the MLS feed ID tied to that, how many impressions their adds have made on Search Result Pages (SRP) and Property Detail Pages (PDP), and the number of clicks and leads those impressions resulted in. The final column allows you to request reports based on three different timescales. See the next page for more details.
The Agents tab is much the same as the broker tab, except it allows you to see information for each individual agent, and request reports specifically for them. The reports are available in the same timeframes and formats as those for brokers.
The final tab - Custom - allows you to create custom reports. You must enter the Email for the .csv file to be sent to, as well as selecting the Site for which the report will come from. You can choose specific start and end dates, which gives you more flexible options, for example, the last 30 days or the last 5 months. The Type drop-down menu is a required field and allows you to choose from several different reporting types. The image below shows the available reporting type options. Once you have selected the type of report you want, the Values box will populate with several options to choose from. For example, if you select Neighborhoods, you will see all neighborhoods listed within the MLS feed for the site selected. You can select multiple values by pressing 'control (or command' and selecting the values you require. On the following pages are some images showing select different values. Once you have filled out the form as require, click Submit, and the report will be created and sent to the email address entered.
